Helping Your Brand Deliver on Its Promise

Consistent Quality Across Capabilities

Whether you’re working with us for plastic parts, metal parts, or metal and plastic overmoldings, you can expect consistent, in-spec results thanks to our centralized quality system that is continuously being refined.

Kitting & Logistics

We help make your fulfillment process easier by going the extra step in preparing your products for shipment. If you prefer items packed in sets of various colors, quantities, or combinations, we can do that for you in our facility. We can also include other products in your shipments and perform labeling to create completed products that are ready for online sales or brick-and-mortar stores.

Testing for Proper Dimensions and Appearance

When it comes to consumer products, the appearance of your items is often just as important as its adherence to dimensional criteria. We closely monitor both using visual equipment, including photo spectrometers that ensure your components match the PMS colors of your brand.

Protecting Your Tooling Investment

From 32-cavity molds with hot runners to various types of sliders and more, we maximize the life of your molds and dies with regular maintenance and on-site fabrication and repair capabilities. Our tooling room is fully equipped with CNC milling, water jet machining, wire EDM, conventional EDM, and TIG welding equipment.

Parts We Produce

Ergonomic Handles and Grip Components

Whether it’s a toothbrush, a power tool, or a handheld consumer device, ergonomic grip components need to feel right in the hand and hold up to repeated use. We produce overmolded and insert-molded handle components that combine rigid plastic or metal cores with soft-touch TPE or TPU outer grips, delivering the comfort and durability that consumers expect.

Color matching and finish consistency are verified on every run using photo spectrometers and gloss meters.

Dispensing and Valve Mechanisms

Precision-engineered dispensing components require tight tolerances and reliable function run after run, because a valve that sticks or a dispenser that leaks reflects badly on your brand. We have experience manufacturing complex injection molded dispensing mechanisms, including multi-component assemblies that combine stamped metal and plastic into a single finished part.

Baby Bottles and Infant Feeding Components

We manufacture infant feeding components using food-grade resins and hot runner mold systems that eliminate material waste and keep resins uncontaminated. Every part is inspected for flash throughout production. Because in this application, zero flash is a requirement. We also handle kitting in multiple quantity and color combinations so products leave our facility retail-ready.

Retail-Ready Products

Many consumer product programs require more than a finished part, they need a finished product. We handle kitting, pack-out, and retail-ready assembly in our facility, including multi-color sets, quantity combinations, bundled SKUs, and labeling. Whether your product is headed to an e-commerce fulfillment center or a brick-and-mortar shelf, we prepare it for its final destination before it leaves our dock.

Materials We Work With

Metals

  • Cold-rolled steel
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum alloys

Engineered Resins and Plastics

  • ABS — widely used for consumer product housings and structural components
  • Polypropylene (PP) — ideal for dispensing mechanisms and household applications
  • TPE / TPU — for soft-touch overmolded grip and ergonomic applications
  • Nylon (PA6, PA66) — for high-strength, wear-resistant consumer applications
  • Clear and optically specific resins for consumer-facing visible components

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We can imprint brand names, product identifiers, and other markings directly onto parts during the molding process, eliminating secondary labeling steps and keeping your brand identity consistent across every unit.

Both. Our Design for Manufacturability process is built to support new product development from the design stage, helping you optimize part geometry, material selection, and tooling design before production begins. We also take on existing programs and have experience transitioning parts from other suppliers with minimal disruption.

Color consistency in consumer product manufacturing is verified using photo spectrometers, which measure color values against PMS standards to confirm that each production run matches the brand specification. Gloss meters verify surface finish consistency. These tools allow manufacturers to catch color and finish variation before parts ship, ensuring that what appears on the shelf matches your brand standard run after run.

We maintain your molds and dies with regular preventative maintenance and on-site fabrication and repair capabilities. Our fully equipped tooling room includes CNC milling, water jet machining, wire EDM, conventional EDM, and TIG welding — so your tooling stays in production-ready condition for the life of your program.

The most common plastics used in consumer product manufacturing include ABS for structural housings and enclosures, polypropylene for dispensing mechanisms and household products, TPE and TPU for soft-touch overmolded grips and ergonomic applications, and nylon for high-strength components. For food-contact or infant applications, hot runner mold systems are used to maintain food-grade resin integrity by eliminating material waste and contamination risk.
