Our Manufacturing Equipment Line-Up

With evolving standards in quality and new innovations in part design, you need a contract manufacturing partner that can keep up. We curate and optimize our manufacturing equipment to maximize our capacity and deliver quality parts, time after time.

Stamping Presses

Our facility houses 20 stamping presses that execute precision metal stamping, progressive die stamping, in-die tapping, and in-die assembling operations.

Plastic Molding Equipment

We can meet your high-volume requirements with over 140,000 square feet of production space and more than 60 pieces of vertical and horizontal injection molding equipment ranging from 85 to 850 tons for insert over-molded parts.

Tool Room

Our tool room measures over 14,000 square feet and is dedicated to maintaining metal stamping dies, injection molds complete with CNC milling, water jet machining, wire EDM, conventional EDM, and TIG welding capabilities.

Your one-stop-shop for excellence.

Manufacturing is complicated, but working with a supplier doesn’t have to be. With a wide range of capabilities in metals and plastics, we’ve got your production needs covered—with the assembly and logistics support to back it up.

Industries Served

We understand that what you do is essential. That’s why we’re committed to helping you overcome challenges and solve complex problems difference-making manufacturing equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. With 15 stamping presses and more than 50 injection molding machines, LMC has meaningful equipment redundancy on both the metals and plastics sides of the operation. If a press or molding machine requires maintenance mid-run, work can shift to comparable equipment without stopping production.

Yes. Our continuous investment in equipment and automation is how that capacity grows over time. We operate across more than 140,000 square feet of plastics production space and 86,000 square feet for metals, with 15 stamping presses and 50+ injection molding machines.

Customers can scale within our infrastructure as it grows alongside them, rather than moving to a new supplier and absorbing the quality risk and ramp-up time that brings. Capacity planning is part of the program setup conversation from the start.

Yes. Our investment in automation is central to delivering both. For high-volume programs, our automated processes are designed to improve throughput, consistency, and repeatability at scale.

For complex custom programs, in-house equipment customization and purpose-built automation allow us to engineer solutions for demanding geometries, tight tolerances, multi-material assemblies, and specialized tooling. The ability to continuously improve and adapt equipment, rather than work within fixed, off-the-shelf constraints, is what makes us a viable long-term partner.
