What is Plastic Molding?
Plastic molding is a manufacturing process in which raw plastic material is heated until molten, then shaped into a finished or near-finished part using a custom-engineered mold. It is the most widely used method for producing high-volume, complex plastic components across industries including automotive, medical, electronics, agriculture, and consumer products. The three most common forms are injection molding, insert molding, and overmolding.

We fabricate, repair, and maintain both metal stamping dies and injection molds in-house, and we stock consumable components such as pins and bushings to minimize unplanned downtime.
