Getting Started
Before we enter full production, we’ll perform PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) of your parts to conduct first article inspections that ensure we meet quality standards and conform to part specifications. This step of our process ensures that full production will run with no surprises.

Taking Charge of Results with Contract Manufacturing
Our engineering team designed and built a custom metal forming machine to bend the metal tubing into shape at our facility. We began sourcing the raw material ourselves and forming it in our shop. We also implemented a vision system to ensure there were no burrs on the inside of the tube, since electrical wire had to be run through the inside to light the mirror on the sun visor.
