Yes. Our transfer tooling process is designed to bring existing programs on-stream efficiently — we inspect your current tooling, identify any repair needs, optimize for our equipment, and manage the transition in a way that minimizes disruption to your production schedule.

Yes. Our 14,000-square-foot tool room is equipped with CNC milling, wire EDM, conventional EDM, water jet machining, and TIG welding capabilities. We fabricate, repair, and maintain both metal stamping dies and injection molds in-house, and we stock consumable components such as pins and bushings to minimize unplanned downtime.

We offer precision metal stamping (including progressive die stamping, in-die tapping, and in-die assembly), plastic injection molding, insert molding and overmolding, tool and die fabrication and maintenance, assembly and finishing, and logistics and kitting — all in a single 240,000+ square foot facility.

It depends on where your program is starting from. If you need new tooling designed and fabricated, or are transferring existing tooling from another supplier, our in-house tool room allows us to move faster than manufacturers who outsource tooling work — and we’ll inspect and optimize any transferred tooling before your first production run to minimize ramp-up time. Once your program is established, we work with you to build a production and delivery schedule that fits your operational needs.

Before entering full production on any new program, we perform PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to conduct first article inspections and confirm we meet quality standards and part specifications. We also apply APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) during program launch to ensure part designs are optimized for manufacturability and risks are identified and mitigated before production begins.
