Taking Charge of Results with Contract Manufacturing

Our engineering team designed and built a custom metal forming machine to bend the metal tubing into shape at our facility. We began sourcing the raw material ourselves and forming it in our shop. We also implemented a vision system to ensure there were no burrs on the inside of the tube, since electrical wire had to be run through the inside to light the mirror on the sun visor. Read more about how our engineering and quality teams came together to create the solution in this case study.
